Welcome Misfits! Please be sure to check out all website policies listed here before any purchase, to ensure the proper satisfaction you deserve. All inventory is inspected and tested before any shipment to provide accuracy and satisfaction. *reporting any concerns upon arrival is recommended to guarantee a proper resolution*
Delivery

1:ORDERS

  • To ensure the best shopping experience possible, please remember to read all policies and descriptions on your items BEFORE your order is placed. By doing so it ensures you understand everything about what you're ordering which will lessen the need for returns/exchanges.

  • Please be sure to check your order before placing it. If you happen to order the wrong item/color email customer service as soon as possible, ( in the 1-3 day processing time) to ensure the right product gets shipped to you.

2:SHIPPING

  • Please allow 1-3 days to process all orders. (this is the amount of time needed to get your order in and ready to be shipped out to you, NOT the amount of time it takes for you to receive your package!)

  • Please allow 3-14 days to receive your order. (this is the time it takes after your order has been shipped out via postal service, and out of my hands.) This is the time frame in which you should receive your order.

  • All tracking numbers will be sent to you via email provided upon ordering. Please keep track of your order once tracking is received to refrain from emailing customer service about your shipped order.

  • If order is not received by 3-14 day time frame, please feel free to reach out to customer service. (Please ensure your address is correct before you submit your order, if not reach out to customer service as quickly as possible! Once it's shipped out with an incorrect address it's out of our hands!)

3:RETURNS

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please check descriptions thoroughly to be sure before placing your order.

  • If an exchange is approved with customer service, items must be returned in the state you received them; meaning unwashed, unworn, with the tag still intact.

  • Skincare products, hair, jewelry, lip glosses, and lashes are examples of products that may not be exchanged! No Exceptions!

  • If you are unsatisfied with an order please reach out to customer service to resolve your issue before making any harsh decisions. (90s Misfit cares, your issue is our issue and we want our misfits as satisfied as possible).

  • If you have any issue or complaint with your order please reach out within 7 days upon receiving.
